We offer half day, full day and weekend retreats because it’s important for all of us to take time to recharge our souls, especially women who are often the family’s caretaker. Without time for ourselves, life can feel very overwhelming and can often lead to emotional and physical burnout. Creating new nurturing habits is the focus of our events and rewiring the negative self talk that everyone struggles with.
Our retreats are about self care, nurturing, community and connection to ourselves and others.
We offer meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, self care tools and the opportunity to connect with other likeminded souls. Previous workshops have included grounding techniques, tea ceremonies, vision boards, journaling as well as yoga, emotional aromatherapy, meditation and sound therapy.
Each of our retreats is different because we collaborate with other amazing practitioners so that we can harness the skills of many.
Our day and weekend events also include plant based meals with gluten free options.
Expect to laugh, have fun, learn, grow and expand in the safety of a loving female community.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in. A blanket or large scarf to wrap around you.
What should I bring?
A reusable water bottle, a pillow or cushion to sit on, a yoga mat and an open mind.
