‘Come Home’ Yoga Class

Come Home is inspired by the mantra ‘Hari Om‘ – hurry home. It asks us to hurry home to ourselves. Reminding us to get our own house in order, mentally and spiritually before trying to help others do the same. It is not selfish to start with ourselves, in fact we must. No-one else will prioritize your happiness and it is no-one else’s responsibility either. We give our power away so easily. We have one life to live and finding our own happiness and what lights us up actually is of greater benefit to those around us. When you put everyone else first it can often be at the detriment of our own well-being. We live in a world that tells us we are not enough and so we exhaust ourselves in being everything to everyone in order to feel like we are enough.

But we are enough. More than enough but it starts with knowing. It starts with taking the steps towards a more simplistic life. 

This class is the first in a series that are based around self-care, self-love and self-worth. This will be a monthly offering online LIVE on zoom.

This class is about community and creating change through the support of others on the same path. It is also about making space for yourself to heal, to grow, to nurture and to explore. 

We will use yoga, meditation, mantra and essential oils (optional) to move beyond the physical to emotional and spiritual realms. Expect to play and have fun!

Self care is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Let me guide you.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in. A blanket or large scarf to wrap around you. 
What should I have on hand?
A reusable water bottle, a pillow or cushion to sit on, a yoga mat a note book and pen plus an open mind.
